1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering, accessing or using the freecredit.onl platform in any capacity — including via web browser, mobile app or any other device — you hereby agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is unconditional and without exception.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use the freecredit.onl platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendments to this document will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the freecredit.onl platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old as of the date of registration. freecredit.onl does not accept registrations from any individual under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident that is valid, or be physically present within Malaysian territory at the time of using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not currently enrolled in any programme self-exclusion or restrictions imposed by freecredit.onl or any relevant authority.
• Registering and using the platform for personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes.

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at freecredit.onl. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name or different names — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity on your account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Freecredit.onl shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Free Credit, Bonuses & Promotions

Freecredit.onl offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a free credit RM18 for new members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling those conditions.

Additional terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each member is eligible to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
• Freecredit.onl reserves the right to revoke any bonus awarded if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
• Play in excluded games will not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.
• If your account balance reaches zero before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be considered forfeited.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Freecredit.onl supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed exclusively in MYR (RM).

• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) — deposit processed within 1–3 minutes, minimum RM20

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Freecredit.onl reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM2,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In certain cases requiring manual review, this may take up to 24 hours.
• Members are limited to three (3) withdrawal requests per day.

6Game Rules

The freecredit.onl platform offers a wide range of game categories including video slots, Live Casino, table games and lottery. Each game category has its own specific rules, available on the respective game pages. The general rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game round, the system will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet amount will be refunded in full to the member's account.
• Freecredit.onl reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving system bug exploitation, the use of automated software (bots), or coordinated abuse strategies.

7Prohibited Member Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the freecredit.onl platform and may result in account suspension or closure without notice, as well as forfeiture of all remaining credit balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's information to register.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or manage your account.
• Coordinating bets with other members to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Manipulating games by exploiting known technical bugs.
• Using stolen or third-party credit card details, bank account information, or e-wallet credentials.
• Attempted money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff or other members.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Freecredit.onl reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of the platform.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure requests submitted directly by the member.
• Orders from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@freecredit.onl. Any valid credit balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

9Limitation of Liability

Freecredit.onl provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, freecredit.onl shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, power outages or force majeure.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
